Returns:

I only issue refunds and returns for broken or damaged items. Some items are one of a kind and can not be replicated. Please let me know if something is wrong. I would like to try to make it right!

 

Shipping

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. As a one-person small business, I am not able to ship daily, but I work hard to get your order out as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Days: Orders are typically shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed after a shipping day will go out during the next scheduled shipment.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Typical estimates:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: Not available at this time

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

Delays: Delays: may occur due to holidays, weather, postal issues, or high order volume. I appreciate your patience. Every order is packed with care!

 

Incorrect Addresses: Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me at therustythicket@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery), and I’ll do my best to help resolve the issue.

**Digital Products** Sorry, there are no refunds on digital products, but please email me if you have any issues.
